Access to the SEODiff API is subject to rate limits and requires a valid API key. Abuse of the API, including exceeding rate limits or circumventing access controls, may result in suspension or termination of your API access.
All content, software, algorithms, and design elements of SEODiff are the intellectual property of SEODiff and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission.
SEODiff analyses publicly accessible websites. Website owners may request removal of their site's data by following our Takedown & Opt-Out Policy. SEODiff stores only derived scores and metadata — we do not reproduce verbatim copyrighted content.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEODiff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed CHF 100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEODiff from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
