Content Takedown & Opt-Out Policy

SEODiff respects intellectual property rights and the preferences of website owners. This policy explains how to opt out of our index, request data removal, or report copyright concerns.

1. Automated Opt-Out (Recommended)

The fastest way to opt out is via your site's standard crawl directives. SEODiffBot honours the following:

Add the following to your robots.txt file:

User-agent: SEODiffBot
Disallow: /

Our crawler checks robots.txt before every crawl. Once this directive is in place, new crawls are blocked automatically and existing data will be purged from our index during the next scheduled maintenance cycle.

Meta Robots / X-Robots-Tag

For per-page control, use a meta tag or HTTP header:

<meta name="SEODiffBot" content="noindex">

Or as an HTTP response header:

X-Robots-Tag: SEODiffBot: noindex
